As reports, the site is located in Cascais, 20 minutes west of Lisbon, and has an estimated value of €22 million (£19.2m/$23.9m). This makes it the most expensive house in Portugal, with it set to be made up of four floors and include facades made entirely of glass, allowing for spectacular landscape views. In addition, there are plans for it to include a cinema room, a gym and a tennis court, as well as four luxury suites.

Naturally, the creation of such a complex building has led to some difficulties during construction. Spanish outlet (via ) reports that the budget has had to be increased and the deadline extended – the latter of which has not gone down well with Ronaldo's future neighbours.
WHAT RONALDO'S NEIGHBOURS SAID
One Cascais resident told : "We've had three years of construction. The house is so big that it looks like a hospital. My street has been cut off for months, my garden is full of dust. All because of the 'pyramid' of Pharaoh Ronaldo."

According to the report, the construction is predicted to continue until June 2024. Ronaldo, however, is contracted at Al-Nassr until June 2025, meaning he could spend an extra year making potential tweaks before eventually returning to his homeland. His future neighbours will hope this isn't the case.
